My name is Nur and I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and a classical ballet dancer, holding Level 4 certifications in Pilates and Power Yoga. I’m passionate about helping others build both strength and flexibility.
What sets my Pilates method apart is its incorporation of ballet techniques to enhance the overall practice. I’ve worked with a range of clients, from children with postural issues to adults managing fibromyalgia, as well as individuals recovering from surgery.
